Rob Hunziker began his career in audit with Price Waterhouse in NYC in 1977, and obtained his CPA certification in 1979. He worked for Ford Motor Company from 1979 through 1982 as a dealer development operations representative, then a zone manager in Marketing.

Rob moved to the investment arena in 1982, taking a position as a stockbroker in Memphis, TN. Over the next 17 years, Rob worked with various investment houses in New York and Atlanta, where his focus ranged from managing individual accounts to overseeing public retirement plans and trading U.S. equities for European bank portfolio managers.

Robert Hunziker’s restaurant valuations and sales career started in 1998, where he has since generated valuations for restaurant companies with an aggregate market value in the billions. Rob has also helped negotiate acquisitions for restaurant companies ranging in sale price from $1 million to in excess of $100 million.

Rob has written multiple articles for several restaurant journals including the “Restaurant Finance Monitor” regarding buying, selling, and valuing restaurant companies, and is quoted on a regular basis in national publications regarding restaurant companies.

Bill began at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta after his freshman year at Furman and a brief internship. He earned his BBA in Economics at Georgia State University and left the Fed to focus on small business consulting. In 1990, Bill accepted a position with the investment firm Loomis Sayles in Boston, MA supporting their technology initiatives.

Bill left Loomis to co-found InCubed.com in Pasadena, California, one of the first full-service web development and hosting companies. The country’s largest independent wholesaler of wheels and tires purchased the technology created by InCubed and brought Bill in to transform their fledgling eCommerce business.

In 2002 Bill returned to Atlanta and co-founded USBizCap, a boutique SBA financing firm focusing on the Hospitality industry.  Here, Bill built a national network of associates and oversaw the underwriting, approval, and closing of conventional and SBA loans.  Bill was named a member of Georgia Certified Development Corporation and served on their SBA 504 Loan Committee.

In 2010, Bill began working for a global collaboration company overseeing a portion of their web development as well as continuing to help small businesses leverage the power of the internet. Bill has come full circle and is now the Vice President of Computrade Systems, Inc. where he oversees all operations of the technical analysis investment company in addition to leading marketing at Advanced Restaurant Sales.

Rachel grew up admiring her father’s entrepreneurial spirit and drive. As a child, she orchestrated many lemonade stands, craft sales, and fundraisers. She graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2015 with a degree in Management with an emphasis in Small Business and Entrepreneurship and a minor in French.

During college, Bill introduced her to Rob and she accompanied them to the 2014 Restaurant Finance and Development Conference in Las Vegas. She fell in love with the fast paced business and officially began working for Rob at Advanced Restaurant Sales as his director of operations after graduation in 2015. Rachel handles data management and the website for Advanced Restaurant Sales as well as their mass email correspondence.

Rachel is pursuing her talent for and passion in marketing at her own online business consulting agency when she is not hard at work with Rob and the team at Advanced Restaurant Sales. Here, she helps small businesses hone their online presence through content, email and, social media marketing.

Tom Ventresca is a co-founder of Computrade Systems, Inc., the developer of the Market Edge web site. Tom has been Computrade’s Director of Research since its inception in 1991.

Born in Pittsburgh, Pa in 1947, Tom received a BA degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1969. He began his investment career in 1977 as a stockbroker. Over the ensuing thirteen years he held several positions including broker, sales manager, bond trader and market technician. Throughout his career he was involved in developing computerized applications designed to forecast stock market movements.

The result of this research was Market Edge, which was developed by Computrade Systems, Inc. and released in a software version in 1992. Since that time Market Edge has evolved into a comprehensive, computerized research web site (www.marketedge.com), which is accessed by individuals, brokers and institutions throughout the world.

As Director of Research, Tom writes Market Edge’s ‘Market Letter’ and ‘On The Edge’ plus the Dr. Market Edge educational series. Both the Market Letter and On The Edge provide in-depth market analysis based on market timing models that he developed. These timing models have a track record that dates back to 1974 of correctly forecasting the direction of the DJIA with better than 75% accuracy.

Since 2002, Tom has been a guest speaker at seminars hosted by TD Ameritrade and Schwab as well as monthly web cast appearances for E-Trade, TD Ameritrade and Schwab. Although he retire in 2014, he remains active with Computrade in an advisory capacity and speaker.
